Since 1937, West Coast Products has continuously processed Sicilian style Sevillano green olives from our local growers in Northern California. We take pride in our quality and variety. Our local harvest fruit is processed naturally, using the same recipe and method for the last 70 + years. Mother Nature and Father Time are key elements in our harvest and  production - it’s all about the color, the taste and the crunch!

Reduce your dependence on foreign oil!

In addition to our wonderful olives, we distribute local Certified California  Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We believe this is the freshest oil available; it is crushed within 90 minutes after harvesting and stored in stainless steel tanks under a blanket of nitrogen.  We package our oil when you order.  This farmer's market freshness gives our oil a rich green color with a robust olive flavor and a peppery finish. The 2.5 and 5 gallon olive oil dispenser with faucet has been widely praised by chefs and retailers. Our oil is also available in a 1 gallon bottle for the everyday gourmet...
