Since 1937, West Coast Products has continuously processed Sicilian style Sevillano olives from our growers in Northern California. We take pride in our olives. We process our olives all naturally using the same recipe and method for the last 65 years. Mother nature and father time are key elements in our production - it’s all about the color, the taste and the crunch!

In addition to our wonderful olives, we distribute Certified California Estate-Bottled, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We believe this is the freshest oil available; it is crushed within 90 minutes after harvesting and stored in stainless steel tanks under a blanket of nitrogen. This freshness gives our oil a rich green color with a pungent olive flavor and a peppery finish. The 2.5 and 5 gallon extra virgin olive oil dispenser with faucet has been widely praised by chefs and retailers. Our oil is also available in sizes suitable for gift packs and retail distribution.
